Do you take bulk or wholesale orders?

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Current production and shipping time is 10 - 15 days. If you don't receive your purchases within 15 days, contact us and we'll do our best to help resolve any issues.

What size should I order?
For apparel, please see our sizing chart links in each product description for more details and suggestions for how to choose the correct size. For all other products, please see the product description and size menus for sizing options. You should also check and confirm the size of the item before finalizing your purchase. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if a customer has made a mistake in sizing. We will provide an exchange at no additional cost to our customers if we make an error and send the wrong product or size.

What type of printing process is used on your apparel?
We only sell apparel in limited quantities and at various times throughout the year. We use both screen printing and heat transfer processes.

Will the designs fade?
Some of the prints may fade after being washed. See product descriptions for for care instructions.

    ORDERING

    What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay through our secure payment processing system. All payment methods are handled securely. Additionally, we do not see or store your payment information. 

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    What is your return policy?

    Do you accept returns?

    Yes. We want you to be happy with all of your purchases from our store. Before placing your order, please take a moment to confirm your selected items, sizes and shipping address (see our Shipping FAQs for more information about our shipping policies). If you have any concerns about the items you've received, contact us and we'll do our best to resolve them quickly.

    Damaged Items

    We want to make sure you're satisfied with all of your purchases from our store, but sometimes mistakes can happen. We will gladly replace your damaged items at no additional cost to you. Any damaged items must be reported to us by contacting us within 48 hours of delivery. Your message should contain your name, order number, and a photograph of the damaged item. When this information is received, we'll process and ship the same item in the same size.

    Can I cancel/modify my order?
    You can modify/cancel your order 24 hours after your purchase, after that we immediately begin processing it. We don't issue refunds, cancel or modify orders once they've gone into fulfillment. Please make sure to confirm all purchase details prior to submitting your order. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us via our website.
