Winter Holiday Shipping

Due to the increased number of online shopping this winter holiday season and the COVID-19 pandemic, the USPS is seeing extremely high volumes and as a result, increased shipping times. Although we can't guarantee delivery dates, orders placed by December 10th may have a better chance of arriving prior to Christmas day.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Current production and shipping time is 10 - 15 days. 

How much does shipping cost?
It depends on the size of your order. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the items to your cart and press the “update cart" button.

Do you ship internationally?
No, not at this time.

Where can I get my tracking information?

*Please make sure that you've entered the correct email or phone number to receive shipping notifications. When your order is shipped, you'll receive an email or text message with the tracking number. You can use it to track your package and see the estimated delivery date. If you have items that ship separately, you will receive a tracking number for each shipment. If you don't receive a tracking number within 7 days after ordering, please contact us.

My package was delivered to an old/wrong address! What should I do?

Please be sure to check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you realize a mistake was made within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us with the correct shipping information.

In cases where an order is sent to the wrong address because of incorrect information given by the customer, the order will be reshipped once the post office returns it to us. Customers are responsible for reshipping costs. If the customer is unwilling to pay the cost to resend an item, a refund will not be issued.

If a shipping error was made on our end, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the customer name, order number, and error details. We will send the correct item in the same size at no additional cost to the customer.

My package has been marked delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?

  1. We suggest to check your order confirmation to make sure you entered the correct address at the time of your purchase.
  2. Check with your neighbors to see if the mail was accidentally delivered to the wrong address by your postal carrier.
  3. If those cases don't apply, please contact the delivery service provider (USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, etc.). Ask them to provide the GPS coordinates for the delivery location. We are not liable for either stolen or mis-delivered mail (caused by the customer, delivery service provider, or entities outside of our company). If the package is not located you must file a report with the delivery service provider. We will offer whatever support we can in this process if you contact us.

My tracking number hasn't updated and hasn't been delivered. What do I do?

All orders that leave our facility are given tracking information. You'll receive your tracking number when your item ships. *Please make sure that you've entered the correct email or phone number to receive shipping notifications.

If your package has not moved in over a week, please contact us to confirm your tracking number. In some cases, the package is in fact en route and the online system hasn't been updated. Unfortunately, once your product leaves our facility, we have no control over how quickly your item is delivered and cannot be held responsible if your item does not make it by a certain date or for a special occasion. Refunds or returns are not given because of delivery service delays.

How can I find out when my order will ship?

We work hard to ensure that you receive your purchases within 15 days after your order is placed. It will typically take our team/vendors 5-7 days to create, process, and ship your order.  Please make sure that you've entered the correct email or phone number to receive shipping notifications. If you've not received a tracking number for your purchases within 7 days after ordering, contact us for an update on the status of your order.
